January:

February:

Carol will make the hotel reservations and will notify those interested of good plane fares but WILL NOT book flights for you. The registration fee is $15 with a hotel deposit fee of $100 due either in December, 2011 or January, 2012 (it has yet to be determined by the hotel). The balance of hotel fees will be due two weeks before departure. The approximate total cost of this years trip is expected to be $750-$1000. All efforts will be made to keep the cost to a minimum by finding roommates for single travelers.
April:
